Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. ~ An assembly is simply a group of people gathering together... The Arizona General Jural Assembly (AGJA) is forming the State assembly to claim the land that we stand on and bring the Government that We THE People created, to a De jure status and out of the De Facto. To do this, we must form our Grand Juries in each County and the State. What we must learn is not taught in our current educational system; keeping the people ignorant of the lawfull form of Government. A fictional system of statutes has been created over time which you are taught to consent to, therefore giving them jurisdiction; De Facto control. The remedy is to teach the authority of the Grand Jury and bring the Counties and States to a De Jure status standing in a lawfull capacity.

The Grand Jury is the most important equation in our system of Government. The Grand Jury has more power than the President, Congress and the legislature combined. Why? because the Grand Jury is comprised of We THE People which is above the Constitution. ~ GOVERNMENT BY CONSENT ~ Our founders purposely placed the power of the Grand Jury in the “Bill of Rights” to make it clear that it belongs to THE People and the government is not to violate it. The Grand Jury is the “ultimate power” of the people which allows them to consent or not to the actions of their servant government. It also prevents government from unrighteous prosecutions by forcing the government to seek permission from the people before criminal charges can be filed, if the people refuse, it cannot go forward. By understanding this principle it becomes clear that the government has no authority over We THE People.

THINK ABOUT THIS! If We THE People can reinstate Justice and demand that elected officials and bureaucrats obey the law or be indicted, we would have then succeeded in reinstating the Constitution! Only the People can stand up and defend the Constitution because the Constitution cannot defend itself, and bureaucrats will never do it. ~ UNIFIED COMMON LAW GRAND JURY MISSION STATEMENT ~ Our mission is to restore the people to sovereignty through knowledge, and only then will they be armed with the virtue to take political and judicial power. The People have it in their power to disarm and defeat the enemy of Liberty both foreign and domestic if they understand the principles of freedom and stand upon them.
